Elexía makes reference to the artistic form arised during the Romanticism (elegy). In it, uprooted contents are developed, fruit of the loss of something dear. The central piece of the song encloses this principle. The rest is one of so many faces that human personality has: the instinct.
Therefore we find in "Elexía" a reflection of the contrast among the most violent and archaic instinct, and the order that our conscience tries to impose over it. The ending is to which every living creature aspires: perfect balance between both.
